First time in just under a week (by 12 hours LOL) that I can say "Hey my nose feels better". Yesterday, my CBC came back normal, so my fever was probably something else.

Holy crap, my shoulders are on fire from the stupid snow blower/shoveling. O.o

Woke up, nose is still hurting, but actually feels like the location of the pain has moved - traveled from under my right eye, to the whole bridge of my nose, to now mainly under my left eye. Took my pills, fought with the damn snowblower to move the snow that piled up over 8 inches by 6am (and it's still going - there was almost no snow left on ( Read more... )

Started the double dose antibiotics this morning. Much better than an IV but yes, my stomach is unhappy.
Nose and headache are no better.

Nor are they worse.

Small victories?

All I've got for now.

Appointment at 830 am tomorrow (with yet another new person) rescheduled to 10 with the PA from my first visit - I take that as a good sign.

It's bugging me she put me through the neurological paces - and in thinking about it, I'd bet it's because when she asked me about the last time, I told her how things went, and then how they found the tumor - and how it tweaked me out when I started to feel this again, because in my head they're related, even though I know they're not. Woke up a little less swollen, but the pain spread a bit to my forehead - and the redness is more. Called the dr, and got an appointment at 10:40am - went in, saw the same woman as yesterday, which was really awesome because I didn't have to explain again, and she could compare with what she saw yesterday ( Read more... )

So as anyone who is my friend on FB has seen, I've got an IV port in my hand, and yes, it's back. I walked in and was seen very quickly (after weighing in down 4 lbs from January, yay!) - my blood pressure was high, and my heart was racing, but other than the pain in my nose and a bad headache and ear pain, I'm good.
